Here's the deal. To use this site completely you have to be giving something away for FREE! It is ok if you offer upgrades or services that require money, or anything else your trying to advertise, but to post your ads an to send other members emails,  YOU MUST OFFER US SOMETHING FOR FREE!!!  If your not offering something for FREE you are still more than welcome to join and use all the FREE links that membership offers but you will not be allowed to post ads or send emails. The way it will works is you must become a member to use this site! The ad boards are all viewable to anyone that visits but to get to use everything else you must become a member. To give your stuff away for FREE you must be willing to receive offers from the other members about their FREE stuff. And if your not giving away FREE stuff and you just want to use the links, you must still become a member and agree to receive members emails. Once you sign up you will get your membership id and password.  You are then able to start posting your ads and using all the FREE links.  The only people posting ads are other members of the site. The only people that can email you are members of the site. All emails drafts will be sent to me. I will personally check them for the FREE content, and make sure that only one email per member is sent out each week.  (This will not be a junk mail contest !!)  When you receive an email from me, it will have FREEADROUNDUP in the subject line and it will have something to offer you for FREE!! Guaranteed!! This is a partnership for us FREE guys (and gals).  Let's work together to advertise the site, link to the site, what ever you want to do to bring people here to look at the ads! Remember it's a partnership, if we all work together to bring people here, the more people that see all of our ads, the more members we can get, the bigger our partner group gets, the more people we can send our emails to!           I have already worked hard on digging up what ever I can for free. Look around I have already started a list of links for FREE advertisng, FREE web tools, FREE cliparts, FREE hosting, FREE link exchanges, FREE engine submitters,ect. ect. Help me build the list by emailing me when ever you find a free advertising site. I mean this list alone will keep people comming back time and time again to get the free advertising list. Of course if your site gives free advertising then you will go to top of the list! Members sites should definately come first over sites we find that are not members but it helps build our list. Agreed?

You can post multiple offers on one page but they must be for different material. You can send 1 email per week to the other members. ***This is not a spam contest or let's fill everyones mail box up with junk everyday!!!*** I think that it's fair that each member can tell the other members of the site once a week what new or cool offers they have going. Again I want everyone to have a fair shake at everything! I will randomly rotate all the ads so everyone will get moved around on the ad boards. If you want to change your ad at anytime simply email me and I will remove the old ad and post your new one. Once again, you can only have ONE ad at a time on any one page!!
